It is Japanese-Swedish fine dining, offering surprises every day, depending on the season and the availability of raw materials. It is innovative, pleasing and wonderfully good. Raw materials are locally produced Nordic, but are cooked with Japanese touch and are laid up on beautiful handmade plates and baskets.
