Chef Joshua Skenes, famous for his cooking on fire, is certainly making a statement on the culinary scene with his refined and minimalistic approach to food. His three Michelin starred restaurant Saison is located in the SoMA district in San Francisco and earned the number 37th spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017. Joshua believes that for ingredients to reach their fullest flavours, they should be prepared with components from the native land and sea from which they were harvested.
