Chef Andreu Genestra restaurantat the Predi hotel in Son Jaumell was recognized in 2015 with one Michelin star and the sustainable green star. In Palma he has Aromata, a cuisine with the same essence:local products, careful preparation and Mallorcan tradition in cooking, what he calls cuina de la terra. His new restaurant the Mediterranean, at Hotel Zoëtry, has a philosophy of sustainable cuisine by showing the evolution of Mallorca gastronomy. A concept that harmonizes with authentic flavors, native ingredients, and the aromas of Mallorca.
